<p>Netflix&nbsp;tomó una terminante decisión. Ante las reiteradas denuncias por acoso sexual, la plataforma de contenidos audiovisuales decidió que a comienzos de 2018 <strong>reanudará el&nbsp;rodaje de la sexta y última temporada de&nbsp;"House&nbsp;of&nbsp;Cards"</strong> <strong>pero sin</strong> la presencia de&nbsp;<strong>Kevin Spacey</strong>.</p> 
<p>Así lo anunció&nbsp;Ted Sarandos, jefe de contenidos de la empresa. Cabe recordar que <strong>la producción de la serie se suspendió temporalmente en octubre</strong> tras las acusaciones&nbsp;contra el actor.</p> 
<p>Según lo revelado,<strong> la nueva temporada</strong> estará compuesta por ocho episodios y <strong>tendrá como figura principal a Claire Underwood</strong>, el personaje interpretado por Robin Wright.</p>

<p>"<strong>Estábamos realmente entusiasmados </strong>de llegar a un acuerdo para la conclusión de la serie", reconoció Sarandos en una conferencia celebrada en Nueva York.</p> 
<p><strong>El 3 de noviembre, Netflix anunció que rompía relaciones con el actor</strong>&nbsp;y advirtió que no seguiría adelante con la serie, en caso de que siguiera incluyendo al actor.</p> 
<p>La empresa sostuvo en aquel entonces: "Netflix no estará involucrada en <strong>ninguna producción más de "House&nbsp;of&nbsp;Cards"&nbsp;que incluya a Spacey</strong>. Seguiremos trabajando con MRC (la productora Media Rights Capital) durante esta interrupción para evaluar nuestro camino hacia adelante en lo relacionado a la serie".</p>

<p><strong>Esta no es la única decisión que se lleva a cabo&nbsp;</strong>respecto de los casos en su contra. Hace algunas semanas,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.filo.news/espectaculos/Tras-las-denuncias-por-acoso-sexual-eliminaron-a-Kevin-Spacey-del-film-que-protagonizaba-20171109-0032.html" target="_blank">eliminaron al actor del film que protagonizaba</a>,&nbsp;"All the Money in the World".</p> 
<p><strong>El actor fue acusado por su compañero de profesión Anthony Rapp</strong> de un caso de acoso sexual en 1986, cuando la supuesta víctima tenía 14 años y Spacey 26.</p> 
<p>Tras esa denuncia,<strong> varios testimonios se sumaron a la acusación</strong>.&nbsp;Incluso trabajadores y ex empleados de la exitosa serie&nbsp;señalaron que habían sufrido agresiones y abusos sexuales por parte de Spacey durante la producción de la ficción.</p>

<p><strong>El caso de Rapp llevó a Spacey a admitir su homosexualidad</strong> y asegurar que no recordaba el episodio del que se lo&nbsp;acusaba. Sin embargo,&nbsp;ofreció su perdón en caso de que realmente haya tenido lugar el episodio descripto.</p>
